The Importance Of Conventions And Patterns In UI Design

When we open Dribbble ,Pinterest, Instagram these App ,it is difficult to distinguish the difference between each other: a non-serif font headline with a rounded edge and a modern sense, a minimalist black-and-white tone-based interface, a large amount of white space, a small amount of brightening color, and even no mention Bright color. This modern interface design style is very simple at first glance. The irony is that they are from the largest companies, the most popular and the most widely-received products. In terms of visual perception, people feel that they have "nearly been designed.i think visual and information fatigue of a large number of APPs is a real existence that no one can ignore. Most people are tired of switching back and forth between too many applications. Every time you download a new app, it takes a lot of time to re-learn how to use.the following points are my opinion why conventions and patterns are important for UI design.

Conventions design allows users to easily learn the operation, without the need for relevant personnel to go through the instructions one by one designing the user interface, it's important to remember the interactions between human cognition and the screen you design. Simplifying operations for users means not forcing users to increase their learning costs.Interface consistency ensures that users do not have to add additional learning costs for each task. In addition, establishing a platform design specification allows users to complete new tasks without having to learn a new set of tools. This sounds like a simple concept, but there are many examples of their design lacking consistency.Users tend to apply their experience outside of your website or product, bringing a range of their own expectations. Anger or frustration is understandable when users are hindered from achieving their goals. Blindness often leads to frustration for users, and frustration leads to a bad user experience. Therefore, every touch point should be eliminated as much as possible to give users a sense of confusion.

After the user uses it, an accurate mental mode will be established. After familiarizing with one interface, switching to another interface can easily guess various functions, and it is easy to understand how to operate.

3.Good visual effect

Conventions design brings a good visual effect, giving the user a highly unified feeling, the interface is simple and orderly, and the experience is increased.
good example of convention and patterns design app – everything is organized
I think conventions and patterns is very important for UI design, but also need to know how to balance and apply. Don't let them be the reason stay in the comfort zone, learn to speculate and overthrow myself to make progress and make breakthroughs.

An Post-The Final Solution

The final phase of my solution will be to produce a digital prototype of my proposed solution. After research, empathy map, user personas, user testing, I clearly found the problems with an post mobile site, i use Justinmind to created new prototype, the best thing about Justinmind is its ease in designing and prototyping mobile and web applications. It comes preconfigured with widgets and icons to help me put the design element in places with ease. There is a learning curve but with its easy to use interface, it doesn’t take much to learn the layout. Another thing i like about justinmind is the easy editing of existing widget texts and colours.

An Post Mobile Site – Home page

multilingual setting

First I crated multilingual setting on the top of site as during the search I found that foreigners are the most user to use the postal service. The more professional and accessible website is, the more customers will gain and the more loyal they will be. Of course it’s not just about convincing people to visit website, it’s about converting those visitors into loyal customers. most visitors leave a site somewhere after a visit lasting between 0-8 seconds (source). This means that website content needs to be engaging and, even more importantly, translated accurately. if likely spent valuable time and money making website’s English content amazing, so it’s vital to do the same when translating pages to other languages. and people feel safer making online purchases in their own language. They have more trust in the website overall, they can get a better feel for the products and services the provide, and they’re more comfortable with the checkout process if there is one. By creating a multilingual website for your customers also know that you went the extra mile to make their experience as easy as possible. The confidence customers have in the services will grow as a result and the brand will become synonymous with trust, reliability, and excellent customer service.

search bar

I also created search bar for An Post mobile site as Hua was very confused and spent lots of time looking for some information about “Address pal” on the web page during using testing.Search Bar is a simple quadrilateral that sets everything straight, to enhance the user experience, Search bar plays a huge role in the sense that it allows users to search through your website quickly and easily. people on mobile devices are far more finicky than those on desktops. As a mobile user myself, I know that I’m always in a hurry trying to find what I need quickly on the quicker search-ability means, you are reducing the extra effort that your customer might have to implement, had there been no such option. whichever page a visitor lands on, they can search for what they want.  This allows people access to some of the hidden content that would take much longer to find by clicking through countless pages.

KISS-keep it simple ,stupid

Keep it simple, stupid (KISS) is a design principle which states that designs and/or systems should be as simple as possible. Wherever possible, complexity should be avoided in a system—as simplicity guarantees the greatest levels of user acceptance and interaction. KISS is used in a variety of disciplines, such as interface design, product design, and software development.–from Wikipedia

This is a practical matter as much as anything else – things that are large and complicated will all but inevitably become slow on a mobile device, and one of their main demands is instant delivery of the content they want.

Simple designs also make it easy to keep their attention on the content you want them to see – mobile users often have notoriously short attention spans, and there’s definitely a point where keeping things simple can be more valuable than investing in an elaborate, complex theme. so i created 10 big simple Icon with button (which i think most people use for an post website) instead too much information sections,  its much easier , cleanlier, faster for users.

Calculate the postage

I think calculate the postage is the worst part in An Post mobile site, text and image are too small ,form design is too complicated and small, so i build a calculate form to resolve these problems.i try to eliminating unnecessary fields, keep it short and sample, and radio buttons let user without typing.

price result

I also created “show details” button to hide some details information to make interface not too messy ,and sort selector button to show different result user wants.smaller touch targets are a common source of problems for mobile users — mistaken taps often happen because of small touch controls. When i designing mobile interfaces, it’s best to make buttons big enough so they’re easy for users to tap.

An Post-User Testing

No matter how much expert knowledge and experience you have, you can’t know everything, You can’t always judge situations perfectly.user testing is a great way to discover problems with your website or app, And to increase empathy with your users.

Silicon Valley HBO:Usability Test

A simple and complete test can be roughly divided into four steps

1.Definition and Setting: plan the test, figure out exactly what you’re testing and whether you will test it in person or remotely.

2.Recruitment of Subjects: find the right users for testing, user will directly affect the results after the test, so the selection needs to be based on the target population of the product. This benchmark is multifaceted and can be based on basic background information (gender, age, education level, etc.) or user abilities. The more detailed the benchmark the more likely it is to recruit eligible subjects.

3.Test and Observation: in the test environment, try to select a room or environment with less interference to avoid affecting the test. Before the test is carried out,  should first explain the process and purpose of the test, and then explain the test and the way the personal data is processed. The process of recording the subject’s interaction with the product, if testing a app, can record the app’s screen during the test, pay attention at user expression and gesture .during the tests, make sure that you do not influence the opinion of the users in any way. Do not ask them questions that lead them to a particular answer like Do you think this page is too bright? For your questions in a neutral manner. Also, do not look for feedback in the test. The objective of the test is to get the task done rather than to check what they think is the best color for the dashboard.

4.Result Analysis: Keep an open mind towards the test as some finding may be completely opposite to your assumptions. That is the point of user testing, don’t get too attached to the design. Improve based on the results and feedback of the test. You can highlight the issues that come up in the test in your reports and use them as a starting point for the next versions. It is important that you conduct usability tests often to achieve the maximum benefits from the whole process. If you plan ahead and plan for contingencies, usability tests can be very easy to set up and can easily be integrated into your development cycle.

Depending on the scale and time course, the steps in the test can be adjusted according.

user testing 1

User testing 1, Kwen thinking the good thing in An Post mobile site : easy to find tracking number , the price calculate on the top on of home page ,and easy to go back home page on every section.something not good is :whole page is too long and home page is too many information for a mobile site, needs to scroll up and down all the time.the price calculate is not friendly for use which have to click so many times and the button, text and image are too small have to zoom in to see it clearly.

An Post-User Personas

Personas are fictional characters designers use to reflect user types, pinpointing who they are and what they do with products in relevant contexts. Designers create personas from user data, to understand user characteristics, needs, goals, etc. and gain valuable insights into user journeys, and later, test prototypes.

i created two user personas for An Post to Understanding the needs of users is vital to developing a successful website.

persona 1

Drew is graphics design student who from France to studying in Dublin, he enjoys personalising and customising his possessions . Drew tends to spend a lot of his spare time drawing and music.he prefer shopping online more than shopping on the stores, he think shopping online not just save time and also get the better price.but one thing very annoyance him is some items from Amazon or eBey doesn’t ship to Ireland.he heard An Post has a new service call”Address pal” that gives customers the use of  a proxy address for the delivery of online shopping from the UK,US and beyond.he decided going to An Post website have a look and check how much charge parcel delivery from Dublin to Nice as he would like to sent some Christmas present for his family.

An post website homepage without search bar was confusing Drew where should to find the “Address pal”, eventually he found it on “receiving” section after clicked into “post and parcel” page from home page. he can’t find the price from the home page either, have to clicked into “post and parcel” page ,then clicked into “sending” section, then clicked into “postal rates”,then clicked”parcel”,finally him found some details of the price.Drew think an post website should more clean and easy to use ,let people spend less time to find what information they want.

An Post-Empathy Map

Empathy is the experience of understanding another person’s thoughts, feelings, and condition from their point of view, rather than from your own. You can imagine yourself in their place in order to understand what they are feeling or experiencing. Empathy facilitates prosocial (helping) behaviors that come from within, rather than being forced, so that we behave in a more compassionate manner. Although there may be a genetic basis to empathy, research suggests it is possible to boost your capacity for empathic understanding.

empathy map

An empathy map is UX design asset that helps designers and non-designers understand and visualizer a user’s needs and being sensitive to the feelings, thoughts, and experiences of user.empathy map it’s a most useful(easy and fast to create) tool to helps we better understand user. for a good website , you need to know your users and care about their livers, what’s the user exactly would do and how they think. empathy map should create at the beginning of the design process after user research but before requirement and concepting. the only materials needed are makers, large sheets of paper ,white board, plenty of sticky notes, you can sketch your map or download free template online.

An Post-Research

An Post Logo Source:

An Post, the Irish postal administration, came into being in 1984 when, under the terms of the Postal & Telecommunications Services Act of 1983, the Post Office services of the Department of Posts and Telegraphs (P&T) were divided between An Post and Telecom Éireann, the telecommunications operator now called Eir. At its inception, during the early years of the Irish Free State, the Department of Posts and Telegraphs was the country’s largest department of state, and its employees (most of them postmen) constituted the largest sector of the civil service. Prior to this the Post Office in Ireland had been under the control of various Postmasters General, Irish and British, with the appointment of Evan Vaughan as postmaster in Dublin in 1638, generally accepted as the date for the establishment of a semi-formal postal system in Ireland. Oliver Cromwell’s postal Act of 1657 created a combined General Post Office for the three kingdoms of Ireland, Scotland and England and the position was affirmed by Charles II and his parliament by the Post Office Act of 1660.

Subsidiaries and joint ventures
An Post is involved in a number of joint venture operations and also has several subsidiaries. It has complete ownership of some of these, while it is part-owner of others, such as the An Post National Lottery Company and the Prize Bond Company Limited.

An Post National Lottery Company
An Post held the licence granted by the Minister for Finance to run the National Lottery through its subsidiary, An Post National Lottery Company until February 2014. All employees of An Post National Lottery Company were seconded from An Post, and as such were employed and paid by An Post rather than by the subsidiary. Since 2014, the National Lottery has been operated by Premier Lotteries Ireland, in which An Post is a stakeholder.

An Post Transaction Services
In 2003, An Post set up a new division to run its post office and transaction services business, entitled An Post Transaction Services or PostTS. It rebranded its post offices network as “Post Office” or “Oifig an Phoist” with a new, white-and-red logo, and introduced banking services in conjunction with Allied Irish Banks. It also introduced a service whereby newsagents could provide some Post Office services, entitled PostPoint.[citation needed]

In 2005 PostTS sold its foreign operations. The rebranding effort was partially reversed due to criticism, with the traditional An Post logo restored to Post Offices (the red-and-white symbol has been dropped from Post Offices, but remains in use for the company’s website and for PostPoint). The original PostTS shop front design which featured predominantly English branding “PostOffice” with the location in English, has also been replaced with the Irish language “OifiganPhoist”, with the location in both Irish and English.[citation needed]

Between 2005 and 2006, An Post sold its interest in the Post TS UK and An Post Transaction Services businesses to Alphyra, for a reported €59.3m.

Jointly established by An Post and Ordnance Survey Ireland, Geodirectory is a service that provides a database of buildings and addresses in the Republic of Ireland, as well as their geolocation details. It holds records for 2.2 million properties that receive post. GeoDirectory assigns each property its own individual “fingerprint” – a unique, verified address in a standardised format, together with a geocode which identifies every property in the country. Geodirectory also operates an award-winning mobile app called GeoFindIT.

On 5 October 2006 An Post signed an agreement for the creation of a joint venture with Fortis to provide financial services through the Post Office network. This joint venture with BNP Paribas was created to offer financial products and services to the Irish market, including daily banking, savings products, insurance, mortgages, and credit cards. PostPoint and the company’s insurance business, One Direct, was to become part of the new company, with access to the Post Office network. In April 2007 a press launch was held for the new bank, which is to be known as Postbank (legally Postbank Ireland Limited, to distinguish from other similarly named operations such as Deutsche Postbank). By February 2010, the closure of the Postbank unit had been announced, and the operation was wound down by the end of December 2010.

Some counter business for AIB and Ulster Bank can be conducted at post offices and all counter business for Danske Bank must be as that bank does not operate its own branches.[citation needed]

Television licensing
Television licensing is administered by An Post. It is responsible for the collection of revenue, inspection, and prosecution in cases of non-payment of the licence on behalf of the state.

Most of services introductions on the webpage.

I think An Post don’t have any competitor able to compete with  it as  An Post is  monopoly in Ireland,  Irish people are the biggest phone internet users in the western world ,so i compare their mobile mobile website with some similar company’s mobile website.
An Post ,Royal Mail,USPS Mobile website

We can  see it clearly from the comparison diagram above, An Post mobile website is much more complicated then another two, mobile web design should focus  homepage on connecting users to the content they’re looking for, but user have to keep scrolling down the screen to find something on An Post mobile website .and they don’t even have search bar, Search is a fundamental mobile activity.  mobile devices are used mostly for finding stuff, And a search bar help users find what they want quickly and easily.

I think track post and get the price is most people use it for a post website, and it’s importance to setting in home page let people easy to find. An Post has track post item on home page but no price item , and people so difficult to find the price from an post’s website.

Amazon and Taobao – link open method

I compare the page link open method of the same type of websites (Taobao and Amazon) to see the impact of user habits and functional scenarios on the choice of link opening methods. First, we identify a consistent functional scenario: the user finds the favorite item from the home page based on various filter criteria. Take a look at how the two sites are handled:

Amazon link open in the same window
Taobao link open in the new window

I think the reasons for this difference because in the early W3C standard did not support the attribute of target=”_blank” (in the HTML language, the link was opened in a new window), and internet popularity of the United States was earlier than China, so the user gradually developed a habit.the current page opens to make Amazon users feel more “polite”. If the user wants to open a new page, he can use the middle mouse button, hold down ctrl to click the link or right click on the new window to open. At this time, the user has more choices, and can decide the open mode by himself; if the new page is opened by default, the user loses the option.

In the early days, the development of Chinese Internet was relatively impetuous, and the website wanted to open the new tab to improve the PV.
The popularity of Chinese network is late, and some users, especially many elderly people, are not used to or even not knowing. There is a back button on the page, breadcrumbs are available, and the new page is convenient for their operation.

Are all the way to open the  link in Taobao is same? No! Function links such as “My Favorites”, “Buyed Items”, “Shopping Cart” are the open in the some window.i think the reason for this difference in design is:

1.The user’s purpose is clearer, the search object is determined (the object that the user wants to view is certain, such as the product in the shopping cart, the user has a clear target, and the link is found to open the page, unlike searching for the product, it needs to be step by step. The range is even better than the view)

2.The link entry is resident in the information bar of the website, and the user can switch at any time, the operation is convenient, and there is no cost of re-entering.

link open in the new window(page) :

1.The page content has no relevance and is logically affiliation and relatively independent. ( the outer chain of the product)

2.There are multiple page “comparison” operations that need to be switched frequently. (  product details)

3.Auxiliary operation. For example: use documents (PDF, pictures, etc.)

link open in the same window(page):

1.Process function pages, before and after operations have an association and impact. For example: order payment, add new step.

2.Operations between content of the same level. For example: switch of tab bar.

3.The user has a purposeful operation, and the some window(page )is useful for locking the user’s attention .

Personally i prefer ” link open in the same window” than ” link open in the different window”, there are 2 main reasons:

1.Respect the user’s decision. link open in the same window, leaving more choices to the user (mouse middle button, hold down ctrl click on the link or right click on the new window to open), a product with a good user experience, always let the user doing the operation Make decisions according to their own will . The website forcibly opens a new window for each link deprives the user of the choice because different people have different browsing habits and usage needs.

2.The experience is consistent. A design that maintains a consistent experience can give users a sense of trust and security. When the user is operating the interface elements, they can smoothly understand, understand, and anticipate what will happen, will not be distracted, and will not be interrupted. Any design that violates this principle will evolve into a “design-oriented” design more than a “user-centered” design.

Web Summit 2018-How Will The Global Power Map Be Reshaped By Technology

source :

On November 5th, the Web Summit 2018 opened in Lisbon, Portugal. Founded in 2010, Web Summit has become the largest technology event in Europe under the leadership of founder Paddy Cosgrave and has been hailed by Forbes as “the world’s top technology event”.

Web Summit 2018 was unprecedented in scale, with more than 70,000 people from 159 countries, including former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Twitter founder Evan Williams, Microsoft President Brad Smith, Samsung Electronics Chief Strategy Officer and President Sun Yingquan, and eBay President And CEO Devin Wenig, Aston Martin Executive Vice President Marek Reichman, Shell Group CEO Fan Boden, Polar Chain Technology Video++ CEO Jin Ming, Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel, Serbian Prime Minister Ana Branbic and other 1,200 speakers. In addition, 1,800 startup companies and 1,500 top global investors gathered to discuss opportunities and challenges, problems and countermeasures for global technology development.

Web Summit 2018 has set up 24 sub-forums, including the AutoTech/Talk Robot forum focusing on autonomous driving, artificial intelligence and robotics, the planet tech forum focusing on environment and climate change, focusing on the market, investing in the Pandaconf forum, focusing on At the Startup University Forum for Startups, the CryptoConf Forum focuses on Bitcoin, Blockchain, and Digital Currency, focusing on the DeepTech Forum, which includes nanotechnology, quantum computing, and gene editing, as well as bringing together policymakers and academic experts from around the world to focus on technology. How to change the Forum forum for our life, study, work and entertainment. 373 dialogue speeches took turns, and brainstorming swept the world.

In addition to the hot topics such as Internet, artificial intelligence, blockchain, robotics, and electronic payment, the Chinese and Chinese-American trades are also widely discussed in the conference. some investors believe that China has now surpassed Silicon Valley, and Chinese startups have invested more than anywhere else in the world.

According to a report, China has 772 million network population, 7.1 million smart phone users and 753 million mobile network users. It not only surpasses the United States in terms of number of users, but also pays for mobile payment. Chinese network technology companies also compare with the United States. Do not let more.China’s mobile payments are at the forefront, with 37% of Chinese using mobile payment services and only 15% in the United States.

The South China Morning Post reported that Abacus, the Chinese technology’s global influence, and the venture capitalist 500 Startups published the “2018 China Network Report” this week, comparing China and the United States in the online world through clear data and in-depth analysis. The development shows that China not only surpasses the United States in terms of the number of network population, smart phone users, mobile network users or mobile payment users, but also China’s network technology industry is not too much, almost in all fields are comparable to the United States. Competitors.

A large population has become the best environment for cultivating network technology。China, with a population of 1.4 billion, but the United States only 327 million population. For example, China now has 772 million network users, 716 million smart phone users, 753 million mobile network users, and 527 million mobile payment users. In comparison, the United States has only 292 million network users and 226 million. Smart phone users, 237 million mobile network users, and 48 million mobile payment users.China’s mobile payments are at the forefront of the world, with 37% of Chinese using mobile payment services, even my grandparents only bring mobile going to shopping but not cash.only 15% of Americans use mobile payments.from the popularity of mobile payment, we can see that China is changing. It is no longer just a big counterfeit country that everyone knows in the past, but it can breed various innovations due to local demand.

The Chinese government has also played a pivotal role for  local technology.  The Chinese AI industry has “the government support that most other countries do not have, and the investment amount exceeds that of most other countries”. The goal of the Chinese government’s 2030 plan is to build a domestic AI industry worth nearly $150 billion.” Chwee Kan Chua, head of global research in artificial intelligence at research firm IDC, said: “China’s leading position in this field is simple – this is The government’s push. For example, China is investing resources in intelligent video surveillance. In the name of public safety, China has a camera in every corner that can track movements, objects and people, so it can build huge database analysis to train artificial intelligence.

The use of emerging technologies can be seen everywhere in China. For example, the government uses face recognition technology to improve traffic and safety, and big data to assist the operation of farm. In addition to robots in factories, robot Dentists, blockchain technology has been used in finance, physical medicine and medical fields in China, as well as a booming, Chinese-based digital voice assistant service, whether Baidu, Xiaomi, Alibaba or Jingdong have launched their own The brand’s voice-activated speakers can be seen that China has followed the footsteps of the United States and is already a network technology striker.

source :

Different from the American industry, the company usually extends its reach to the global market. The Chinese industry is still dominated by the local market.According to NetApplications’ June survey, Google’s search share in the global market was 72.21%, followed by Baidu’s 13.74%, and Microsoft’s Bing ranked third with 7.72%. the 20 Internet companies with the highest market capitalization or valuation, China has 9 and The United States has 11. Five years ago, there were only 2 in China and 9 in the United States. The gap between China’s position in the global Internet and the United States is further narrowing, we will see what will changes in next 10 years.

User-Centered Design

what is user-centered design

It has long been recognized that we need to consider human capabilities and
characteristics when designing technologies and systems. As Nickerson summarized in 1969, when the potential for computer-based technologies was first being fully recognized: ‘‘the need for the future is not so much computer oriented people as for people oriented computers’’ (Nickerson 1969, p. 178 in the IEEE version). Since then a number of fields have grown up, expitly concerned with how to design effective technologies and systems that are intended for human use. UserCentered Systems Design (UCSD or HCSD or when the word ‘‘human’’ is used instead of ‘‘user’’), User Experience (UX), User-Centered Design (UCD), Interaction Design (IxD) and Human–Computer Interaction (HCI) are areas of research that have taken up that call and are concerned with improving how people interact with computers. Each of these has a slightly different focus and breadth, and each encompasses many different approaches. What they all have in common is that they grow their methods and deliverables in response to changes in the technological

User-centered design (UCD) or user-driven development (UDD) is a framework of processes (not restricted to interfaces or technologies) in which usability goals, user characteristics, environment, tasks and workflow of a product, service or process are given extensive attention at each stage of the design process. User-centered design can be characterized as a multi-stage problem-solving process that not only requires designers to analyze and envision the way users are likely to consume a product, but also to validate their assumptions with regard to the user behavior in real world tests. These tests are conducted with/without actual users during each stage of the process from requirements, pre-production models and post production, completing a circle of proof back to and ensuring that “development proceeds with the user as the center of focus. Such testing is necessary as it is often very difficult for the designers of a product to understand intuitively what a first-time user of their design experiences, and what each user’s learning curve may look like. User-centered design is common in the design industry and when used is considered to lead to increased product usefulness and usability.

user centered design process

Plan – First of all you need plan of action for your website and put together a Project Team to manage the process.

Analyse – .Then time to conduct detailed analysis –  review your current website, research your target demographic , how they use your website and create scenarios that will test the user journey.

.Competitor analysis- potentially solving for similar user needs, and thinking what is exactly your user want.

.Audience definition- Nail your value proposition ,understand the raison d’etre for your product can you target the right audience.finding what is their biggest, deepest problem and solving it.

.User scenarios-user scenarios help stakeholders envision the ideas of the design team by providing context to the intended user experience – frequently bridging communication gaps between creative and business thinking. For the design team, scenarios help them imagine the ideal solution for a user’s problem.

.Content survey- you can ask real visitors during their actual visit. People forget things easily and later they can give different explanations. With a survey in your product you can gather valuable information about who they are and why they’re there.

Design – Here’s where you begin to determine your site requirements, create a content inventory, sitemap and develop a prototype to launch the site for testing.

Test and Refine – Once the site is launched, it’s vital to test the usability of the site with the target demographic and evaluate the feedback. This will ensure the site is fully optimised for the target audience user experience and identify any flaws; allowing you to make changes and refinements for a better functioning site for the end user.

why user-centered design it is important

User – centered design is an important role whenever we design consumer facing products where all the research, design decisions are made by keeping the end users in mind. Products & ideas are designed in order to provide users easy solutions for their real life problems which can simplify life.product’s success will be based on how you understand users & how they actually use your product. user -centered design make you to understand what difficulties users face, how can you simplify them, consider different types of real life scenario in which users would use your product & how can you provide an seamless experience. From the executive’s perspective, it saves time, cuts costs, improves satisfaction, and ultimately saves money.
